I don’t know about you, but even in normal, non-chaotic times, I can tell when I’m stressed -- tense muscles, trouble concentrating, weird digestion issues.


Stress is so different for everyone, but we all have one thing in common. We need to make time to find stress relieving activities that work for us!

  • Call a friend to laugh not vent

  • Take a short nap

  • Listen to soothing music

  • Watch your favorite movie


    We all know stress can have a negative impact on our mental health, so taking time to do things like connecting with a friend, getting fresh air, or joining a new workout class will benefit us more than we realize!
