At 515 Fitness, we provide counseling services that blend evidence-based mental health support with intentional movement practices. Why? Because emotions live in the body, and we believe healing happens best when both mind and body are part of the process.
Our sessions are dynamic, creative, and seasonally inspired. We walk when we need to feel grounded. We train when we need to feel strong. We rest when it’s time to reflect. Just like nature, we move through seasons — and your healing journey deserves space to do the same.

What We Do
Therapy at 515 Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. We co-create a plan that honors your body, your goals, and your lived experience.
Depending on your needs and comfort level, sessions may include:
HIIT workouts (short bursts of movement for mood and energy)
Trail walks and nature-based therapy
Strength training for resilience and empowerment
Running for emotional release and mental clarity
Paddle boarding for balance, breath, and body awareness
Bike riding to re-energize and reconnect
