Niki Perry, LCPC, CPT, CYT
Owner & Founder
I have a deep-seated belief that mind and body wellness go hand in hand. I took a chance and stepped outside of the normal boxes of both personal training and mental health counseling in the hopes of revolutionizing the face of traditional therapy. My passion for helping others is echoed by all of 515’s dedicated therapists and employees who firmly believe that, for someone to be functioning at their highest possible level, they have to be at their best both mentally and physically.
With my enthusiastic mindset, contagious positive energy, and desire for everyone to feel great around me, I have taken my original concept and turned it into an exciting corporate venture!
Hannah Park
Hi, I’m Hannah! I am currently working on attaining my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lewis University. I am excited to intern at 515 Fitness Inc. as I have always had a love and appreciation for physical movement. I will use my personal experience of growing up in different sports and my new experience of attaining my personal training certification to help clients become the best version of themselves physically and mentally. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I love to go for walks, do pilates & yoga, and spend time with family, friends, and my two cats, Sweet Pea and Theo. My hobbies include thrift shopping, reading, cooking, and learning about things I am passionate about!
As a mental health professional, I recognize the importance of living a mentally and physically “wealthy” life and strive to bring this passion in sessions with clients. I will create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to ensure they are understood throughout their counseling journey. I will tailor counseling sessions and physical movement to the needs of each individual client.
Skyler Zak, MA
Mental Health & Movement Therapist,
Operations Lead
I’m a mental health & movement therapist as well as, the operations lead at FiveOneFive. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Lewis University. I work with adolescents, preteens, and adults using a client-centered, psychodynamic, and exploratory approach.
I became a part of FiveOneFive because it was exactly what I had been looking for — a space where therapy could be more than just sitting and talking. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve experienced how movement impacts not only the body, but the mind. It helps release stress, build confidence, and reconnect us with ourselves in ways that words sometimes can’t.
I believe in creating a space where people feel safe to show up as they are; whether they’re talking through challenges, exploring their identity, or finding relief and insight through movement. At FiveOneFive, I get to help clients strengthen both their emotional and physical well-being, which allows for real, lasting change.
