Try Out Our Sample of Positive Weekly Tasks for a Better Week!

We could all use a week of positivity, am I right?

Try out these tasks this week and let me know how you're feeling as you go through.

Monday -- Self-care. Take a bath, exfoliate, put on a face mask, or do anything that brings you peace.

Tuesday -- Digital detox. Put away any and all screens and give your mind a break from the clutter. I know it may seem hard, but it'll be more than rewarding!

Wednesday -- Clean. Tackle a room, a shelf, a junk drawer. Whatever it is, take time to clean at least one thing in your home.

Thursday -- Purge. Take some time to unfollow anything and anyone that doesn't spark joy. Whether it's Instagram, Facebook, or even newsletters you receive, take time to delete!

Friday -- Donate. Give away at least 5-10 things that you don't need/use anymore.

Saturday -- Health. Make a healthy recipe and move your body for at least 30 minutes.

Sunday -- Energize. Get some fresh air and reflect on at least 5 things you're grateful for from the past week.

Positive week, here we come!
