In honor of #NationalEatingDisordersAwarenessWeek, I'm encouraging you all to do a little challenge with me.

Every time you look in the mirror this week, you MUST say something positive out loud about your body. 🏼

Eating disorders are extremely common around the country, and it's time we normalize normal bodies. You are beautiful in your skin, you are not defined by your appearance, and your body has gotten you through so much. Take time to thank it today.
