At 515, we have a select team of therapists who are trained and highly educated when it comes to all things related to kid's therapy. 🧠

We've noticed a positive impact in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in kid's who are struggling with various mental health challenges, and we've found some very helpful activities to guide them on a healthy path all while meeting them where they are. 🤍🏼

1. DIY Stress Balls.
2. Create a feelings thermometer.
3. Make calm down jars.
4. Teach mindful breathing.
5. Read together.

These activities are beneficial in teaching kids to replace negative feelings with positive thought processes.

Our goal at 515 is to create a safe space for our members to share their struggles, find specific ways to cope, and guide them on a path to healing.

The first step to ending the stigma is bringing it to the light and reaching out for help. Your child is not alone and they deserve to live a happy, fulfilling life!
