What's the most inspiring part of your job? 

The most inspiring part of my job is to see clients get excited about the future and allow themselves to try new ways of thinking.

The best piece of advice I've been given is...

…to use the 10-year test and ask myself, will this matter in 10 days, 10 months, or 10 years? If not, it’s not that big of a deal. If yes, then make sure you make it a priority.

Suzanne graduated from the University of Hartford with her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology after attending Syracuse University and Burlington College. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families helping them with a myriad of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, impulse control difficulties, obsessive - compulsive disorders, and anger management. Suzanne sees therapy as an opportunity for individuals to learn how to make the best life choices especially during times of struggle. She uses humor, empathy and collaboration to create an atmosphere where she and her client find solutions together. Suzanne is passionate about helping her clients identify and become their best selves.

When Suzanne isn’t working she likes to go for long walks with her fiancé and her dog, Roxy or watching a movie with her cats, Sammy and Dean. She loves listening to music and enjoys an impromptu dance party when the mood strikes. Suzanne has always enjoyed staying active and is dedicated to helping her clients incorporate exercise into their wellness routine.
