There is no typical session at 515 Fitness, however, there is a typical structure to a session. Each 60-minute individual session takes place with your own personal therapist in a private, separate studio without interference. Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, yoga, art therapy, music therapy and play therapy are just a few of the techniques that we typically utilize with clients during these sessions. Exercise activities include paddle boarding, weightlifting, biking, running and tennis just to name a few. We currently provide services to all age groups ranging from 5-75 years old.

Also included at the end of each session is a nutritious, homemade smoothie to replenish and nourish your body with essential nutrients. With 2-5 sessions per week we provide quicker results and consistency to build habits that will improve your everyday lifestyle and well-being.

what does a session look like?

  • 10 minutes: warm up followed by dynamic stretching

  • 30 minutes: customized exercise routine

  • 10 minutes: cool down

  • Talk Therapy: while all of the physical activity is being completed, you will be engaging in talk therapy with your therapist in order to help decrease stress, increase self esteem, reduce your anxiety, or help each client with their specific needs

PAYMENT Terms AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are non-refundable. There will be a cancellation fee of $125 that will be assessed for any cancellation within 24 hours and for a no call no show for a scheduled session. 515 Fitness will charge this fee automatically to the credit card on file upon a no call no show session or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
