Emma is originally from Texas and moved to Chicago to pursue a Masters in counseling with an emphasis in sport and health psychology at Adler University. She is a recent graduate and working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She has a passion for understanding the connection between the mind and body and the biopsychosocial influences on this connection. She has a background in endurance training events and enjoys learning about the mental side of endurance and overcoming adversity both physically and mentally. Some of her hobbies include running, reading, sketching, and putting together puzzles.
